The role is that of a Commercial Training Team Leader for a leading provider of Industrial Print Technology based in Cambridgeshire. In this job opportunity you will oversee management of Global training initiatives for commercial and technical training provided by this leading OEM of capital equipment, for their distribution channel partners, direct customers and end users on a Global scale.
You will use your previous experience as a Commercial Training specialist in order to offer a dynamic approach to continuous ongoing training, and will inspire a team of three trainers, to provide best in class technical and commercial guidelines that will allow the Training team to help direct growth through knowledgeable distributors and channel partners, plus ensuring the ultimate client experience for direct customers and end users.
