Would you like an Buyer/Planner job within a multi-million pound company specialising in the latest development of environmentally friendly and renewable energy?

This Buyer/Planner job is based in Loughborough but is commutable from Leicestershire, Tamworth, Nottingham, Burton Upon Trent and Long Eaton.

The Buyer/Planner, Loughborough, will be responsible for planning production and material supply activities in line with project and customer needs to ensure all material is available in a timely and cost effective manner to support the planned build dates. You will also ensure that demand plans are clearly communicated to suppliers, production and projects, along with maintaining accurate ERP data to ensure accurate MRP. You will create and maintain clear to build reporting, identifying constraints, risks and actions, ensuring timely reporting to stakeholders, actively managing and resolving material supply issues. You will be responsible for all in bound shipments and work closely with suppliers and Logistics & Trade Compliance Coordinator.

The Buyer/Planner, Loughborough will ideally hold an HND or degree and CIPS would be advantageous. You will have proven track record of planning and/or procurement in a manufacturing environment and you will have experience of the creation and control of Bills of Materials.
