Job description

An outstanding job vacancy for a Northern UK Business Development Manager with a Leading distributor of Telematics and M2M Board solutions.

In this job of Northern UK Business Development Manager your remit will include the account and project management of established end customers, building and maintaining long-term relationships with both new and existing customers and proactively identifying new design lead sales and project design opportunities in line with the company's sales growth objectives through a demand creation approach.

You will be closely working with a team of in-house design engineers to integrate components from the franchised product lines into board-level designs for datacoms, telemetry, Machine-to-Machine (M2M) communication, implementing new GPRS and GPS technologies.

The successful Northern Business Development Manager will be an electronics Industry professional with a current and proven demand lead sales and business development track record gained within the electronic component distribution market sector or a closely associated M2M OEM. A broad product knowledge of GPS modules, chips, and wireless modules and solutions or the M2M and telematics market sector is ideal, however in depth product training and career development will be provided.
