Job description

An outstanding job opportunity has arisen for a Business Development Manager - Enclosures to join a global designer and manufacturer of products for housing electronic systems. This is a long-standing client of Redline's (we've worked with them since the 1990's!), And despite current external circumstances, the company continues to grow and is investing in this NEW position to expand its focus and dedication within the electronic enclosure part of its business.

As Business Development Manager for Enclosures, you will inherit an existing revenue stream with a loyal customer base and look to further develop profitable sales through direct OEM business and supporting a small distribution channel. You will look to utilise your previous experience in sales of Enclosures in order to drive growth, as the company look to invest significantly into the growth and development of their UK sales team. The role covers the whole of the UK and Ireland, so you can be based almost anywhere to drive this role.

To be considered for the position of Business Development Manager - Enclosures, you should be able to demonstrate a blend of the following skills and experience:-
> Demonstrable, significant track record of selling electronic enclosures, 19” racking systems, housings etc to electronics OEM customers.
> Knowledge and ability in providing customisation solutions (enclosures, value added components etc)
> A proven ability and flair for new business development and new client acquisition
> Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills with sociable and confident personality
> The drive and desire to grow this business segment and build it further
