A fantastic job opportunity has been created for a Business Development Manager for a leading design and manufacturer of niche electrical components, predominately focused within the Defence industry.

As highly niche and specialised part of a global corporate organisation, this Radio Frequency component manufacturer is a highly innovative and technically intuitive company with the flexibility and diversity to be able to provide complex and challenging systems to a wide variety of end customers in Aerospace & Defence, Security, Space, Satcom, Military & Enterprise customers, both through direct sales and through global distribution network partners.

As their Business Development Manager you will be responsible for developing business across South West Europe. You will be responsible for maximising sales revenue within both existing accounts while simultaneously driving new business opportunities. This role will focus around developing new business, therefore they are seeking a Hunter. Your previous experience in developing new business and natural ability to close sales will be essential within this role. This role will give you the opportunity to travel across Europe developing new relationships and showcasing my clients exciting products.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in working with RF/Microwave components and selling them into the Aerospace & Defence industry. Transferrable markets will include Space, Satcom, Military and Missiles but experience within RF is essential. Due to territory this role will need you to be flexible with travelling.
