Are you an Assistant Service Administrator - Spares & Repairs looking for a new role based in Horsham, West Sussex?
My client is an established and expanding company specialising electro-optics. They are seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Service Administrator to work within a small team within their spares and repairs department. The main responsibility for this position is to deal with incoming calls for any repairs that need to be conducted. You will then go and seek new parts and components, to then compose the customer with a quotation. Full training will be provided.
Key responsibilities and skills required for Assistant Service Administrator- Spares & Repairs:
- Monitor and record customer repair returns and spares orders.
- To prepare customer status reports on repairs progress.
- Arrange the supply of materials and parts for customer repairs and spares orders.
- Previous experience within a similar position
- Self-motivated and able to work on their own initiative with good problem-solving skills
- Strong customer relations & interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate technically at all levels
- Fully conversant with Microsoft office products
Please note, due to the nature of the business, staff need to be able to obtain UK Security Clearance as a mandated requirement. Therefore, if successful, you will need to provide proof of identity, employment history and right to work in the UK, along with proof of UK residency for at least five years.
