Job description

This world leading company is seeking an Algorithm Engineer - Navigation Systems to work at their office based in the Central London area, to develop and innovate cutting edge technology.

The Algorithm Engineer - Navigation Systems will play a major part in the development, creation and optimisation the real-time novel processing algorithms for strapdown inertial navigation systems (SINS). This includes using simulation tools to model filter stages (tools such as Matlab and Kalman filter design etc.). You will also have the responsibility of developing products from cradle to grave, testing and documentation.

Ideal candidates for the Algorithm Engineer - Navigation Systems will be:

- Degree educated in engineering discipline
- Experience of new algorithm invention, development, simulation and implementation,
- Ideally a knowledge of Kalman filter design
- Knowledge of Matlab or other numerical simulation tools.
