Job description

A new job opportunity has arisen for an Administrator in Surrey to join a Global Electronic Components Distributor.

The Administrator based in Surrey will report into the HR & Business Operations Director and will be responsible for monitoring the day to day procurement of the office supplies and building services in support of all UK and EMEA offices and to assist in the administration and learning and development and to maintain training data bases. In addition you will provide first class cover to the reception function as and when required. Other responsibilities will include reconciling invoices and purchase orders, providing data entry, calendar management, scheduling of training, proof reading and liaising with PAs in respect of travel arrangements.

The Administrator, Surrey will have excellent communication skills and be highly proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook applications.
