Test Engineer - Signal Analysis

Due to continued expansion, my UK-based client, a global technology leader specialising in cutting-edge wireless products and solutions, is looking to increase their engineering and development capacity. They are seeking to add a Test Engineer – Signal Analysis to their team based in Fleet, Hampshire.

As a Test Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and executing tests for advanced measurement applications across a range of instruments. You will play a critical role in test automation, problem-solving, and process improvement while working with the latest and upcoming wireless technologies. Reporting to the Signal and Spectrum Analyser team lead, you will ensure the timely delivery of high-quality solutions and support innovation in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Skills & Experience for the Test Engineer - Signal Analysis role based in Fleet, Hampshire:

•	A degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent, ideally with a focus on Communications Engineering.
•	Previous experience working in a test environment.
•	Strong practical knowledge of C / C++.
•	Experience with remote instrumentation control using SCPI, GPIB, or VXI (advantageous).
•	Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to task ownership.
•	Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•	Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•	Flexible and adaptable to working in a dynamic environment.
•	Motivated to improve processes for timely delivery of high-quality products.
