Programme Manager - Defence, Electronic Product Design

Our client, based on the Hampshire/Surrey border, designs, manufactures and sells the world’s most accurate, high-quality sensors and monitoring instrumentation to clients across the globe. Their products genuinely ensure the ability to monitor and protect the planet’s ecosystems.

We are urgently recruiting a Programme Manager - Defence, Electronic Product Design to join their expanding Hampshire/Surrey based team. 

Key tasks include:-
•	Programme Management and delivery of complex high value defence programmes
•	Deliver programmes on time, on budget and to specification ensuring programmes are correctly planned, resourced and executed
•	Ensure that comprehensive plans, reviewed project specifications and designs are produced 
•	Establish NRE estimations, monitoring costs against the project plan and raising any deviations 
•	Manage stakeholder relationships with team members, vendors, and partners
•	Project Management & Resource planning
•	Simultaneously manage multiple projects to deadline

To apply you should have a blend of the following:-
-	Delivering complex engineering programmes within defence sector
-	Engineering, R&D, product development and manufacturing expertise
-	APM or similar qualifications
-	Excellent communication and interface skills, build relationships across teams

For this role you will require security clearance so we can only accept applications from candidates with a UK passport + proof of UK residency for 5 years
