An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Operations Director based in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk to join a leading RF Engineering design and manufacturer that specialise in electronic components and assemblies for mission critical applications such as the aerospace and defence sector.

The Operations Director, based in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk will have overall responsibility and accountability for the region’s operations demonstrating effective leadership across manufacturing, production engineering and supply chain functions to ultimately ensure on-time product delivery. 

Some of the key experiences and competencies for the Operations Director, based in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk will be to exceed customer expectations for product quality, cost and delivery by maximising efficiency, optimising production levels, and driving operational excellence.

We are looking for a leader that will be able to develop the Continuous Improvement activities for the site, owning the lean programme to drive efficiencies and progress to all operations whilst coaching and developing the team.
