The Manufacturing Engineer - PCBA/Electronics, based in Leicestershire, will be responsible for overseeing and improving the process technologies, methods and techniques required to enable the manufacture of reliable, high-quality PCB assemblies at the lowest possible cost.

The main skills/experience for the Manufacturing Engineer - PCBA/Electronics, based in Leicestershire:
•	Providing expertise and line side support to the PCBA production team to maintain effective operation and minimise disruption issues.
•	Supporting business New Product Introductions and collaborating with the wider Engineering team and other stakeholders to ensure production line readiness for new PCBA designs.
•	HND/Degree qualification in Electronics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent preferable.
•	Provable related experience in a PCBA manufacturing environment.
•	Strong knowledge of PCB assembly including SMT, reflow, through hole, inspection and test.
•	Experience implementing, programming and supporting SMT manufacturing lines and PCBA inspection and test equipment.
