This Head of Operations job based in Northamptonshire will have a blend of the following skills and experience:

- Good Knowledge of Manufacturing Methods 
- Knowledge of Data Analytics& Reporting
- Monitoring Efficient Processes & Standards 
- Collaborating with Functional Group Leads (FGL)
- Direct & Oversee Operations staff
- Control of Operational Budgets
