Due to continued growth our client is seeking a Global Payroll Advisor to join their diverse team, where you will be responsible for partnering closely with the external payroll vendor and taking ownership of the delivery of accurate, secure, timely and compliant global payrolls.

•	Hold a CIPP Qualification or equivalent or be working towards it
•	Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic payroll environment 
•	Experience working under pressure when balancing multiple deadlines and dealing with third-party payroll vendors
•	Demonstrate your initiative in developing a proactive payroll function 
•	You will have phenomenal organisational skills, be self-motivated and have a learning attitude

Duties of this Global Payroll Advisor job include:
•	Reconciliation of the monthly payroll changes and validation of the output received from the payroll provider.
•	Maintaining strong working relationships with HR, Reward and Finance departments and working together on the system and process improvements.
•	Ensuring completion of ad hoc payments template by HR Managers.
•	Liaising with the local HR team to ensure our knowledge of employee activities is kept up to date.
•	Preparation of various reports as required by management or key stakeholders in different payroll locations.
