Redline Group are working with a world leader in design and manufacturing of leading-edge technologies, who are looking for a Contract Facilities Lead to be based at their site in East Sussex. 

As a Contract Facilities Lead you will be responsible for managing and maintaining site facilities and plant, to ensure a safe, cost-effective, and legally compliant environment for all staff. 

Key skills required as the Contract Facilities Lead based in East Sussex:
•	Continuous awareness of the site requirements, status, maintenance, and utilities 
•	Ensure safety standards are incorporated 
•	Planning and execution of routine tasks and planned/reactive maintenance

Desired skills required as the Contract Facilities Lead based in East Sussex:
•	NEBOSH Qualification 
•	Corporate environment experience is desirable 
•	Experience with asset management, ideally in a manufacturing environment 
•	Experience leading a team

This role has an indicative INSIDE IR35 determination therefore candidates will be required to operate via an Umbrella company.
