Founded by an entrepreneurial couple from North London in 1982, initially as Technical Recruitment Ltd, the company’s innovative strategy was to focus on the then embryonic UK & European Electronics Industry. At that time, the industry was very much in its infancy, a time when IBM was launching the first Personal Computer (PC), there was no Internet, mobile phone networks, fax machines and most car windows still had to be wound up by hand!
Technical Recruitment quickly carved out a reputation based on industry knowledge, quality, character and trust, the company rapidly became the name synonymous with the recruitment of engineers, technical sales/marketing, manufacturing and executive staff within a fast-growing, dynamic technology based marketplace.
