Congratulations to Natalie Tyler on her promotion – Leading the Permanent Business

In addition to Group and Client strategic responsibilities, Natalie Tyler leads the company’s permanent business across their range of disciplines including Management, R&D/Engineering, Sales/Marketing, Operations/Manufacturing, and Procurement.

As Redline enters the next exciting phase of the 3-year plan in line with the Vision, Mission, and Values, Natalie will play a key role with Peter Livingstone implementing the client-engagement strategy covering customer selection, development, and delivery performance, whilst strengthening operational processes and the achievement of the group’s strategic growth objectives around One Redline.

Natalie began her career with Redline over fourteen years ago, starting as a Consultant before holding key positions within the business including Talent Acquisition & Training Manager and Head of Engineering & Sales.
