Job description

My client is a global manufacturer of engineered solutions for critical applications across multiple industries. Their solutions ensure the seamless and safe running of major plant installations across the globe.

Increasing demand on one of their key manufacturing facilities has led to the need for a Head of Operations. Changes in the supplier landscape have bought the need to profile and manage the supply chain into sharp focus. Driving this alongside the key Lean and Continuous Improvement processes via a team of senior managers are key requirements to this demanding role which requires the individual to prioritise in a rapidly changing environment.

Experience in leading a facility or facilities engaged in the manufacture of semi-bespoke engineered solutions for heavy engineering application areas is a highly desirable attribute for this position. A demonstrable background in driving key metrics across cost, quality, productivity and safety is key.
