Here are Redline Executive, we are actively hiring an Executive Search Partner/Consultant to continue the expansion of the team.

Search Partner - Redline Executive

Following a successful evolution of focus to concentrate more immediately on Director level (D-Suite) positions in the technology sector, Redline Executive Search is establishing a solid base of business and prospects that will underpin the next phase of growth. We now seek to appoint a Search Partner.
The role of Search Partner is a senior position which requires diligence, dedication and maturity to independently review, plan and execute all aspects of developing knowledge, contacts, business pipeline and revenue in a niche strata of roles.
Our selection criteria for assignments are typically: -
Initial criteria
> Board level role (titles can be Director, GM, VP etc)
O Depends on size of company sometimes as to what they call it
> Target salary range 75K-175K (indicates it's probably of the right level)
> Does the client and role genuinely require a search?
> Is there evidence we will get more Exec business from this initial transaction?

Business Development is the at the core of what we do, so establishing and executing a robust plan of contact and lead-management is critical. You will need to network extensively and utilise lateral thought to maximise opportunity and follow each lead to a natural conclusion. Travel (domestic and overseas) is an essential element of the role both in meeting clients and candidates - every candidate is met face to face.

You will need to develop a deeper understanding of business leadership culture and ‘speak' to ensure you instil confidence in senior client contacts through your knowledge and credibility.
