Advisory Board


Redline Executive Search have created a unique Global Industry Talent Advisory Board. The board is compiled from a cross-section of C-suite and board level executives from a variety of international high technology industries. Our Advisory Board represents extensive functional knowledge across Leadership, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Technology and Human Capital within the high-technology sector. 

At the outset of an assignment we will engage and select an appropriate advisor to work with us, ensuring there is no inherent conflict of interest. 

Independent Verification

Each advisor brings considerable expertise and experience from their own career to assist us in the identification and selection of candidates. Their invaluable input enables Redline to provide another layer of independent screening and verification of shortlisted candidates. To preserve the independent nature of our advisor’s input, we share no view or opinion of shortlisted candidates that may colour or influence their own screening process, thus ensuring their report is truly autonomous. 

On-boarding Support

In some instances, at the request of clients, our advisor will remain in contact with our placed candidates to provide on-going support and independent advice during the on-boarding period. This has proven invaluable in enabling our client to accelerate the effectiveness of the appointee’s contribution to the business. 

Redline’s clients can be comfortable in the knowledge that all shortlisted candidates are subject to our rigorous and comprehensive screening process designed with one overarching objective: The right hire, the first time, every time.
