Bio: Ben started working with Redline at the beginning of 2022, having previously worked as an estate agent for three years. After helping people find their perfect homes, Ben decided that it was time for a change and found recruitment where he could still help people.

Ben now specialises in sourcing permanent staff for a range of high technology and electronics businesses providing recruitment, selection, and retention advice in Management, Operations, Engineering and Sales & Marketing.

Ben is a huge football fan who enjoys following his hometown club Luton. When he is not busy watching football, ben enjoys keeping fit and active and going to the gym in his spare time.
