Adam is a qualified Electronics Engineer with thirty-five years’ of experience in the European high-technology professional staffing sector. Having started his career at Lucas Aerospace he soon moved into the tech recruitment industry with a focus on the then-emerging semiconductor and microelectronics arena.

Passionate about changing lives every day and expert in knowledge-led recruitment services, widely experienced in creating and delivering successful search & selection and managed vendor services covering Leadership, R&D and Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Operations for a diverse range of technology and engineering start-ups, SMEs, and global clients.

Adam is a married father of two daughters. He enjoys many sports and can regularly be found playing golf, cricket, and skiing. Adam likes to spend his summers in the French Riviera with his family and friends.
