Adam Walker - Director
An HND qualified electronic engineer with 20 years+ experience of recruiting management, technical and sales staff within the European hi-tech industries. Initially with Lucas Aerospace prior to a career in technical sales before joining Technical Recruitment, originally specialising in the emergying microelectronics arena. Subsequently played a key role in the management buy-out, group strategy, market and services expansion and the rebranding to become the Redline Group specialising in European technology recruitment.

Martin Crapper - Director
Qualified in electronic engineering with 20 years+ experience of recruiting management, technical and sales staff within European hi-tech industries. Initially with Technical Recruitment Ltd (the forerunner to Redline) before playing a key part in the buy-out and rebranding the company some 8 years ago, expanding its markets and services within the European specialist recruitment market for engineering and technology companies. Interests outside work include Family (wife, 3 sons, cats, horses etc), Music (listening & playing piano), Golf, Tennis, Skiing.

Nick Livingstone - Director
Qualified in mechanical engineering with 20+ years experience recruiting specialist management, technical and sales staff within European hi-tech industries. Initially worked in the Engineering and Operations sector whilst playing a key role in major client campaigns for 3G rollout and new technology. Spells in managing the Engineering Division led to the new role as Business Development Director which led to the creation of Redline’ s Energy and Automation Division.

Andy Raymond – Divisional Manager
An HNC qualified engineer whose technical career began with Lucas Aerospace, subsequently moving into technical sales with Atlas Copco before becoming a Sales Director in Automotive Assembly Systems. In 1997 Andy moved into specialist technical recruitment progressing to Sales Director with Solution Technical Recruitment before joining Redline in 2003. Initially managing the Sales & Marketing Division, he established and currently manages the Energy and Automation team specialising in management, technical and sales professionals.

Kasia Krotki – Contract Recruitment Consultant
Born in Poland and a graduate of the University of Krakow studying an MA in Spanish Studies. Kasia considers herself very lucky to have lived and studied in some beautiful places – Krakow and Barcelona. On completion of University she moved to the UK and commenced with Redline in 2006 specialising in Contract Technical Recruitment. In 2007-08 Kasia was awarded the REC’s Diploma in Recruitment Practice becoming the top student in the UK. See more details.
