Manager, Compliance & Quality

Having studied at Luton University, graduating with a 2:1 in Business Studies with Accounting, Abbee came to us with 14+ years’ experience in Financial Operations for the hospitality sector across the UK.

Beginning her career with Redline in Sales Support for the Contracts Division in 2015, Abbee provided a wide range of Support and Reporting for the ever-evolving and changing world of contracting, before progressing into a Contract & Interim Compliance Specialist role. Here she took a more focused approach to the way Redline operates and develops best practices and processes with both Customers and Candidates.

Since the start of 2023, Abbee has moved into a new role as Manager – Compliance & Quality, which involves managing the Sales Support function and team, encompassing Compliance, Quality, Contractor Frameworks, Payroll Support, On-boarding, Administration, and Financial Forecasting for the business.

Something about me.....

Abbee is passionate about music, and loves attending live events. She is happiest spending time with her family and without doubt, her musically gifted son brings her the most joy.

Abbee's Sales Support Team Includes.....

Paige Hawley: Paige joined Redline as an Administrator, swiftly worked her way up to Administration Team Leader, and now has over 8 years of office support experience under her belt. She manages the day-to-day running of the administration team for the entire business and really enjoys working as part of the Sales Support function.

Gemma Rafferty: Gemma began her career at Redline in 2017, joining the admin team as a Junior Administration Assistant, providing vital support to the business. Since then, she has honed her skills and been promoted into more of a niche role, firstly as Contract Coordinator, and more recently becoming our Contract Specialist.  Her integral role sees her supporting the contract and interim business, which covers a vast expanse of in-house reporting, as well as ensuring all our professional contractors are working with our customers and Redline in a compliant way.

Ellie Carden-Lovell: Ellie decided to pursue a career with Redline in 2021, joining us as Administration Assistant. After getting the hang of office life and putting in the hard work required, Ellie was promoted to Administrator. She now enjoys working alongside the Administration Team Leader, assisting the entire business, as well as performing an integral role as part of the Sales Support Team.
